Capital of 3 province is Hetauda or Banepa,

This is the conversion about capital of province at Mountain Television  with Dhurba Prasad Chaulagain and Lakshman Lamsal at the program of “Aajako sandarbha” in 2074/12/18

There is a strong debate on Mountain Television  at 2074/12/18 with Dhruba Prasad Chaulagain (co-coordinator ) and CPN-UML leader and the member of parliament  Lakshman Lamsal at the topic of Capital for the province 3. both are debating with their own logic. full video is on the link above and summery is below.

Dhruba Prasad Chaulagain Logic

  1. At first Hetauda is the present capital of province 3, and moving it from  here is not small issue.
  2. this is not aside for other people because this is the junction root of Nepal and can reach form Kantirajpath within 2 hr, fast track 1.5  Via fast track only 76 km, Via Daman Tribhuvan Highway 132km, Via Narayanghadh 224km and  via Kanti Lokpath 78Km. Nepal government took Tunnel road as the the most priority which distance only 55km and can reach Kathmandu within a hour.
  3. Whater, Dhal nikasa, land are very enough for capital for province 3.
  4. All the resources are available in Hetauda. Sufficient land, water, roads are the key feature of Hetauda. It is already the headquarter of central region of Nepal.
  5. It is selected the capital of province 3 twice in history. Scholar also insist Hetauda to be the capital of Province
    Lakshman Lamsal Logic.
Hetauda is aside because leaders and other staff fell difficult to travel Hetauda right now and it makes delay for the further development.
This is the issue of Pradesh Sava, so lets see whatever they decide is acceptable for us but we registured for the secretariat office so that we can reach in conclusion as soon as possible.
there is IT park in Banepa for the secretariat office. and other resources is also avialable hare.
We can make Hetauda as a capital of industry but let leave capital for Kavre.
we really feel uncomfortable for the capital in Hetauda.
